These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the blankr app ("the App") developed by StillLab. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

blankr is a digital wellbeing app that helps you block selected apps during scheduled times using Apple's Screen Time APIs. The App is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including Override Keys and tips. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Override Keys are consumable purchases that allow you to bypass a locked Zen session. Keys do not expire.
• Tips are one-time voluntary payments and do not unlock additional features.
• All sales are final. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Screen Time Authorization

The App requires Family Controls authorization to function. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your device's Settings > Screen Time. Revoking authorization will prevent the App from blocking apps.

Limitations

• The App relies on Apple's Screen Time APIs, which may have limitations or behavior changes outside our control.
• The App is not a substitute for professional digital health or parental control solutions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOJOSAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
